Industrial property developer KCN Vietnam Group on Friday broke ground on the first phase of a warehouse in the Nhơn Trạch VI Industrial Park in Đồng Nai Province with over 97,000 sqm of leasable space.
Once completed in the first quarter of 2025, this project will add over 80,000 sq.m of high-quality ready-built warehouses and ready-built hybrids (mixed-use warehouse and factory), bringing the total leasable floor area of the entire project to more than 150,000 sq.m.
The 14-ha project which is KCN Vietnam''s first of its kind in Bắc Ninh is anticipated to offer more than 90,000 square meters of top-tier ready-built facilities available for lease in the market.
